Blanch Water Spinach

Ingredients for 3 Serving:

1 pound   Water Spinach

1 tbsp        minced garilic

SEASONING:

5 tbsp        Soy Sauce

1 tsp           Sesame Oil

2  tsp          Sugar

 

PROCEDURE:

  1. Remove water spinach leaves from hard stems and chop into small sections
  2. Rinse clean, blanch in boiling water and removed to drain.
  3. Drizzle with seasoning, minced garlic

 

Note:

You can also drizzle with Minced Ginger and Chili Pepper
