Romeo Alfred

General Manager
Romeo joined KAJUR in 2011 as the new General Manager. Before joining KAJUR, he was the Assistant General Manager at Medisource Pacific Pharmaceutical. Romeo undertook his studies in Business Administration at the University of Maryland Extension Campus on the Kwajalein Military Base. He spent 16 years with the Prime Contractor at the base working in the Training Department as the Manager. Romeo has great experience in staff development and organisational capacity building.

James L. Kabua

Assistant General Manager/Administration Manager

James was a founding employee of KAJUR when it was established in 1991. He commenced as the Assistant General manager and Administrative Assistant. James holds a degree in Accounting from Cannon’s Business College. Before joining KAJUR James worked with the Robert Reimers Enterprises as General Manager for the Ebeye store.

Edward Bobo

Project Management Unit Manager

Edward joined KAJUR in the year 2013 as the Project Management Unit Manager. He previously worked for 18 years on the Kwaj Military Base, initial for 15 years as a CAD operator and then as a designer.  Ed has two certificates in drafting and design technology.

Jerry John

Superintendent Power Plant Division

Jerry joined KAJUR in 1996 as a foreman at the Power Plant and in 1998 was promoted to his current position. In 1983, Jerry graduated from Jaluit High School with a vocational trade, specifically mechanics. Upon graduating, he attended the Micronesian Occupational College in Palau in 1984 where he received a technology certification to work with small engines and outboard motors.

Julian Reimers

Superintendent Water & Sanitation Division

In 2012, Julian joined the KAJUR team as the Superintendent Water and Sanitation Divisions. He previously worked with the Marshall Islands Marine Resources Association, as their Maintenance Supervisor. Julian undertook his schooling in Pohnpei and before attending College of Marshall Islands. He also completed job training in all areas of mechanical trades.

Martha William

Acting Finance Operations Division Manager

Martha started at KAJUR in 2005 as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Over the years, she rose to the position as Deputy Manger of Accounting. In late 2015, she was appointed as the Acting Finance Operations Division Manager.

Kitlang Kabua

Special Advisor – Senior Management Team

Kitlang joined KAJUR in 2015 as the Special Advisor to the Senior Management Team. She has a BA in Economics from American University based in Washington, DC, where she graduated in 2014. Kitlang is also a board member of the RMI National Board of Education.
