Our Board
KAJUR shares a Board of Directors with the RMI Combined Utilities of Marshal Islands Energy Company (MEC) and Majuro Water and Sewer Company (MWSC). The Board operates under the State Owned Enterprise regulations and has responsibility for setting strategic direction, establishing goals and objectives for executive management and monitoring the business on behalf of the Government.

Ms Heine-Reimers has been on the MWSC board since August 2016. She is a UH Manoa Undergraduate and currently works with the Ministry of Resources and Development in the Energy Planning Division.
Luanne Bing
Board Member
Ms Bing became a board member in August 2016. She has a BS in Management, has a background as a Financial Officer in retail and currently works for B.S. Management.
Rose Murphy
Board Member
Ms Murphy joined the MWSC Board in August 2016. She has a background in finance, administration and printing and works for Micronitor News and Printing Company.
Minister Tony Muller
Board Member
Minister Muller has been a board member since 2013. He has a BS degree in Telecom Management and is currently the Minister of Public Works.
Senator David Paul
Board Member
Senator Paul has been a board member since February 2016. He was elected to the Nitijela in the 2015 RMI elections.
