Cucumber Salad/Salad in Kiudi

Ingredients for 3 Serving:

1 lb Cucumber

1 Tbsp Minced Garlic

1 Tbs Minced Ginger

Seasoning:

2 tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Vinegar

1/2 Tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Sesame oil

PROCEDURE:

 

  1. Rinse cucumber well and cut into halves and then thick slices and crush with flat of kitchen knife.
  2. Place crushed cucumber in the bowl. Add salt and stir well until water released from cucumber.
  3. Add garlic, ginger and seasoning, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes before serving.

Note:

You can also add Minced Chili Pepper
