Cucumber Salad/Salad in Kiudi
Ingredients for 3 Serving:
1 lb Cucumber
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbs Minced Ginger
Seasoning:
2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1/2 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame oil
PROCEDURE:
- Rinse cucumber well and cut into halves and then thick slices and crush with flat of kitchen knife.
- Place crushed cucumber in the bowl. Add salt and stir well until water released from cucumber.
- Add garlic, ginger and seasoning, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes before serving.
Note:
You can also add Minced Chili Pepper
