Blanch Water Spinach
Ingredients for 3 Serving:
1 pound Water Spinach
1 tbsp minced garilic
SEASONING:
5 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Sugar
PROCEDURE:
- Remove water spinach leaves from hard stems and chop into small sections
- Rinse clean, blanch in boiling water and removed to drain.
- Drizzle with seasoning, minced garlic
Note:
You can also drizzle with Minced Ginger and Chili Pepper
