Joseph Pedro

General Manager

Joseph serves as the General Manager for Kwajalein Atoll Joint Utility Resources (KAJUR), the power and utilities provider for Ebeye and sets of islands connected via causeway.  He was born and raised in Ebeye and studied business management and computer science.  For more than a decade, Joseph served as a data analyst responsible for designing and improving cost-effective work method using Sig Sigma for the Kwajalein Range Services, which was a joint venture between Bechtel and Lockheed Martin.  His previous jobs included being a network analyst in TeleComm Tech managing the radiation monitoring system for safety hazard for the radar system on Roi Namur, also working on unclassified and classified data network with Raytheon. His utility stint includes serving as procurement manager for the Marshalls Energy Co, Inc., a power utility located in the capital city of Majuro.

Edward Bobo

Project Management Unit Manager

Edward joined KAJUR in the year 2013 as the Project Management Unit Manager. He previously worked for 18 years on the Kwaj Military Base, initial for 15 years as a CAD operator and then as a designer.  Ed has two certificates in drafting and design technology.

Julian Reimers

Superintendent Water & Sanitation Division

In 2012, Julian joined the KAJUR team as the Superintendent Water and Sanitation Divisions. He previously worked with the Marshall Islands Marine Resources Association, as their Maintenance Supervisor. Julian undertook his schooling in Pohnpei and before attending College of Marshall Islands. He also completed job training in all areas of mechanical trades.

Jerry John

Superintendent Power Plant Division

Jerry joined KAJUR in 1996 as a foreman at the Power Plant and in 1998 was promoted to his current position. In 1983, Jerry graduated from Jaluit High School with a vocational trade, specifically mechanics. Upon graduating, he attended the Micronesian Occupational College in Palau in 1984 where he received a technology certification to work with small engines and outboard motors.

Jenailtha Tagoilelagi

Executive Secretary

Jenailtha began her journey with KAJUR in 2023 as the Executive Secretary after gaining valuable experience as the Food and Beverages Ground Manager and Acting Manager at Marshall Islands Resort Ebeye for 5 years. With nearly a year under her belt at KAJUR, she continues to excel in her role.
