Yesterday (Tuesday), KAJUR mechanics had moved our spare engine from the repair shop to the engine room to get it back online.  Unfortunately, at approximately 4PM yesterday, a centerhead on engine #3 broke.  Mechanics had to redirect their attention to this new problem.  Mechanics have worked throughout the night to get Engine #3 fixed.  In the meantime, Ebeye’s power is now on rotation (lagoon/ocean) every 4 hours.  It is anticipated that the problem will be fixed by later this afternoon and mechanics can then redirect their attention back to bringing the spare engine online.
